It is of paramount importance that an investor is presented with a set of accounts, financial projections and actual results on a basis comparable with the standards he is used to.
Most European countries have made significant progress towards incorporating US GAAP or IAS accounting in their local standards but there will always be local differences which must be reconciled and explained.
Through local experts conversant with international investors' requirements, Bucklands assists clients to obtain accounting records and financial information in the required form.
Where expert advice is required, for example on conversion to IAS (International Accounting Standards), we refer you to approved local and international experts.
